Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding them precisely is important, as they determine the scope of your rights and obligations as an ek9996 member. Where the context requires it, defined terms in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ek9996 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together constitute the complete agreement between you and ek9996 governing your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. ek9996 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes via email or on-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply in full to all users of the ek9996 Platform, regardless of whether they access it via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and ek9996 relating to the subject matter contained herein.

• Agreement by conduct: Simply browsing the Platform constitutes acceptance of the basic terms of access. Full account terms apply from the moment of registration.
• Minor changes: ek9996 may make minor editorial or clarifying changes to these terms without formal notice. Material changes that affect Member rights will be communicated via account email.
• Translation: These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the authoritative version. Any translations provided are for convenience only and do not constitute binding legal text.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

ek9996 is an 18+ platform without exception. To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ek9996 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held pending investigation.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order placed on the ek9996 Platform or any third-party responsible gaming register. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion is a breach of these terms.
• Location: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of access.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of ek9996 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a verified member account. Registration is straightforward and free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name: As it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth: Used for age verification. Must show you are 18 years of age or older.
• Valid email address: Used for account communications, password resets, and promotional notifications (where opted in).
• Mobile number: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number (for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket linking and OTP authentication).
• Preferred username and password: Your username is your public-facing account identifier. Your password must meet the minimum security requirements specified during registration.

Following initial registration, ek9996 may request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account monitoring. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may also be requested, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. ek9996 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during the account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. ek9996 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact ek9996 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat function available in your account dashboard, or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link).

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ek9996 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ek9996 supports a range of locally integrated payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for bank transfers.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ek9996 wallet within five seconds under normal network conditions. Rocket and bank transfer deposits typically settle within 5–30 minutes. ek9996 charges no fees on deposits.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible (matching principle).
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. ek9996 charges no fees on withdrawals.
• Bonus fund restrictions: Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the Member are always withdrawn before bonus funds.
• Fraud prevention: ek9996 applies transaction monitoring to all deposits and withdrawals. Transactions flagged as suspicious may be held for manual review. Members may be required to provide additional documentation to release held funds.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are displayed and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ek9996 does not apply currency conversion fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

ek9996 offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns aligned with events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all ek9996 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per household: Promotions are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and arcade games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Minimum odds: Where applicable, free bet and sports bonus wagers must be placed at minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Right to withdraw: ek9996 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation of a promotion in which Members have already participated, ek9996 will make reasonable efforts to honour commitments already earned under the promotion.

Members who are found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other form of systematic bonus abuse may have their accounts suspended and any winnings generated through abuse voided. ek9996's promotional team actively monitors betting patterns for signs of abuse and applies a zero-tolerance policy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ek9996 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance (where applicable), and may be reported to law enforcement or other relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform as a person under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making deposits with the intention of initiating a chargeback or reversal after funds have been used for betting. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in permanent account suspension and legal action where appropriate.
• Money laundering: Using the ek9996 Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity. ek9996 maintains an anti-money laundering (AML) programme and cooperates fully with relevant financial crime authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate the outcomes of casino games, exploit RNG weaknesses, or unfairly advantage any party in live dealer games.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scraping tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge of, or have participated in arranging, a predetermined outcome.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your ek9996 account. All bets placed and transactions conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.

Account Suspension & Closure

ek9996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to suspension or closure include (but are not limited to) breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, AML concerns, failure to complete KYC, account inactivity, or a Member's request for self-exclusion.

• Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting ek9996 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of all pending transactions and KYC checks.
• Self-exclusion closure: Members who self-exclude via the responsible gaming tools in the account settings panel have their account locked immediately. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed during the elected period. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
• Involuntary suspension: Where ek9996 suspends an account for investigation purposes, the Member will be notified via their registered email. During investigation, withdrawals and deposits are frozen. If the investigation clears the account of wrongdoing, full access is restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and the outcome communicated.
• Balance on closure: Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, ek9996 reserves the right to void winnings derived from prohibited conduct and withhold balance pending investigation. Real-money deposits not involved in fraudulent activity will be returned at ek9996's discretion.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. ek9996 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Member before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month. Members who reactivate a dormant account will have the dormancy fee waived on a case-by-case basis at ek9996's discretion.
